cooking Finalists have been selected for the "Strut Your Duck" Video Recipe Contest
 
Our panel of judges has selected 11 finalists from Round I Judging. (We had a tie, so we added a finalist!) Video recipe finalists will move on to Round II Judging where a chef will prepare the recipes for the judging panel to taste. Three winners will then be selected to win cash prizes, and will be notified on Sept. 15, then posted on this website and the contest site (memelabs.com/mapleleaffarmsduck).

Originality and Creativity of the Recipe
Visual Appeal of the Recipe Demonstration and
            Prepared Recipe
Public Vote (Round I Judging)
Taste (Round II Judging)


About the Judges: The Round I Judging panel was comprised of Maple Leaf Farms employees who are cooking enthusiasts and/or chefs. The Round II Judging panel consists of chefs, Maple Leaf Farms owners and members of the R&D staff.
