Plum Sauce

A rich sauce for roast duck

2/3 cup Plum Juice from 16 oz. can Purple Plums

1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

1 Tbsp. Wine Vinegar

1/4 tsp. Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp. Cornstarch

2 Tbsp. Water


Share this recipe

Mix plum juice, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce in a small saucepan. Heat to boiling. Mix cornstarch and water and add to saucepan stirring rapidly. Continue stirring until mixture thickens. Serve warm.
