Orange Sage Glaze

Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Fresh Orange Juice
2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Sage
1/2 Cup + 1 Tablespoon Orange Marmalade
1 1/2 Tablespoon Brandy
Directions:
Over high heat, boil orange juice and sage until reduced to 1/4 cup. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thick and bubbly (about 3-4 minutes), stirring frequently to avoid burning. Use to coat duck during last 15-20 minutes of roasting or serve on the side.
